CSE Telematics was set up with a team of engineers and marketing personnel to focus on our Fleet Telematics solutions for the fleet industry. Since 2002, CSE has been innovating and adapting advanced vehicle tracking solutions for fleet and insurance companies. The innovative products created for the insurance industry are good examples:

The AXA FlexiDrive initiative between CSE Telematics and AXA Affin General Insurance in 2017 was the first Bank Negara approved Usage Based Insurance product.
In 2020, AXA launched SmartDrive Safe with CSE Telematics - an innovative comprehensive motor insurance plan that promotes safe driving behaviour by reducing driver’s distractions on the road and improving the overall driving experience.
In 2021, CSE partnered with Berjaya SOMPO Insurance Berhad to launch SOMPO MotorSafe. This innovative usage-based telematics motor insurance coverage allows drivers the flexibility to pay according to their mileage.

What is eCall? In case of an accident, the car automatically calls for help and the eCall device immediately sends the crash data to Science Jet Cloud. The crash data is processed to establish the ASI and AIS values and then used to predict if the crash is serious.

This is the group's retail arm for the after-market business in charge of the distribution of CSE’s products that include electronic systems catering for safety, security, car alarm, anti-theft parking aid, drive video recorder, wireless charger and car accessories. Cobra Auto’s team of 15 vehicle installation specialists are rigorously trained by CSE’s Vehicle Application Department not only to install a wide range of telematics, security and electronic devices; but also to diagnose and trouble-shoot as well.

SINGAPORE

Our subsidiary company in Singapore is responsible for the marketing and sales of all CSE products in automotive, insurance and fleet in this country. It also provides after sales support to customers there in terms of installation, account management and field support services. In 2015, CSE partnered with Sompo Singapore to provide telematics insurance products to the Singapore market.

BORNEO

Our subsidiary company, based in Kota Kinabalu, is responsible for the marketing and sales of all CSE products in automotive, insurance and fleet for East Malaysia covering Sabah and Sarawak. It also provides after sales support to customers in terms of installation, account management and field support services.
